Worship

As a people of God–“called, gathered, enlightened, and sanctified” by the Holy Spirit–we come together to worship and praise the One who made us His own forever.

We gather each Lord’s Day to celebrate together the Divine Service.  In our worship services, God comes to serve us by giving us His Word which is proclaimed to us and to give us His gifts of grace and forgiveness, even as we offer to God our prayer, praise, and thanksgiving.

Our worship services are what some might classify as being “traditional” in style.  Trinity follows the pattern of Lutheran worship, and chiefly uses the worship resources of the Lutheran Service Book (2006).  The hymns and music which we use also comes from our hymnal, as well as occasional use of hymns and songs from other sources which reflect the theme of the day being celebrated.

Holy Communion is offered every Sunday.

Other worship opportunities are also scheduled in celebration of holy days and seasons of the Church Year, as well as some national holidays.

Please see our Worship Schedule page for our current services.
